Congrats to Hugo Hercod  or Relish winner of the South West Regional Leg of the UK Barista Championship, also Tristan Stevenson of 15 who also posted a great score. Apparently very good scores indeed. I hope to see them in London if I can get my act together. Having said all that, because of the nature of this year event there is no guarantee that either of them will make the final. Realistically though, after speaking to a few guys, these chaps will be right up there in the running for the title come excel.
