My name is Stuart Lee Archer and I’m a barista trainer and coffee enthusiast from Newcastle, England.

I work for Pumphreys Coffee in Blaydon, one of the oldest coffee roasting companies in the UK.

I use this blog to document my thoughts, preparations for competition, record events throughout the year and just generally muse on coffee and espresso.
